OPERATIONS MANAGER

Anthony has been an employee at RiteWay Shredding for 10 years, and as Operations Manager, he makes sure everything runs smoothly day-to-day for the company. Attention to detail and fantastic customer service are skills that Anthony brings to his work. One thing Anthony likes about working at RiteWay is being able to work with people who care about the company and doing a great job. When Anthony isn’t working, his favorite hobbies are going to the lake, camping, and fishing. He also enjoys being a Purple Martin Landlord in the springtime.

FIELD OPERATIONS MANAGER

Andrew has worked at RiteWay Shredding for 15 years as Field Operations Manager. As his title suggests, Andrew manages field operations, like routes and pickups. Having received the designation of Certified Secure Destruction Specialist in 2015 from the National Association for Information Destruction, Andrew is a specialist when it comes to secure document destruction. One of his favorite parts of working here is, as he jokingly put it, “Being around all this glorious paper, and shredding it with my bare hands.” Andrew’s favorite hobbies during his off-time include physical fitness and compulsive sarcasm.

ON-SITE SHREDDING SUPERVISOR

Working here since 2008, Mike manages and supervises the on-site side of RiteWay Shredding’s business, all the while bringing an attitude of teamwork, honesty, and positivity to the workplace. Mike achieved the designation of Certified Secure Destruction Specialist in 2015 from the National Association for Information Destruction, so you can be positive that your on-site documents are shredded the right way. Mike’s favorite parts of his job are interacting with customers and being part of the RiteWay Shredding team, and he is motivated by his two sons to make the best of every single day. When he isn’t busy working, Mike’s favorite hobby is watching football.

SHREDDING TECHNICIAN

Juan has worked at RiteWay Shredding as a Shredding Technician for 2 years, both shredding paper and picking up paper to be shredded. Bringing a positive attitude to the workplace, he also has the skills to operate warehouse equipment during his work and is bilingual. Juan’s favorite part of his job is the people that surround him, and he enjoys being part of the RiteWay Shredding team. When he isn’t at work, a few of Juan’s hobbies are playing soccer and football and watching movies, and he loves going on road trips.
